Our Story
 StratStaff, LLC was born in October of 2005 out of the frustrations of sales managers working with traditional recruiters and the idea that staffing could be improved through technological savvy and creative problem solving.

From the beginning, StratStaff has focused its staffing techniques on new and emerging technologies and the ability to be both flexible and dependable. When StratStaff originated in 2005 its founders were determined to do a better job than the recruiters they had worked with in the past. The constant demand for skilled employees was endless and StratStaff saw an opportunity in the industry.

StratStaff was founded with the belief that we could utilize both the Internet’s vast landscape and traditional resources to improve staffing making the process easier and more efficient for our clients. By 2006, StratStaff had grown into a full service staffing and recruiting agency, known throughout the country for its responsiveness, quality and its client relationships. In 2008, StratStaff is on pace to have its most successful year in our short history.

As StratStaff continues into the future, we are guided by the satisfaction of both the employers and the candidates we work for and we are determined to provide the best possible staffing service, improving both lives and businesses.
